Lucy

I’ve spent 12 years in procurement and supply chain, and I currently lead AI adoption inside a Fortune 500 procurement organization — the day-to-day work of getting real teams to actually use AI on real contracts, quotes, and vendor negotiations, not just talk about it.

LucyWorks exists because most procurement teams get the same generic AI training everyone else gets — a tour of prompts and features that sounds useful in the room and falls apart the moment someone opens an actual 40-page MSA or a messy vendor quote. The tools are capable. The training just isn’t built for what procurement people actually do all day.

So the workshop is built backwards from the work: real contract language, real negotiation scenarios, the questions a VP actually asks. Two hours, and each person leaves with something that keeps working after the session ends.
